The SymbolicData team concentrated so far on the development of tools to maintain digital symbolic Data collections.
Experience to run benchmark tests on these Data was obtained by Olaf Bachmann, who started first benchmark computations on Gröbner bases, using various coefficient domains and monomial orderings. These benchmarks have been run on the more than 500 INTPS records using 10 versions of different Computer Algebra Systems.
The results (compiled as records of special Tables COMPRESULTS and COMPREPORTS), are very voluminous and not supplied with this distribution. Please contact Olaf Bachmann for more information.
To run benchmark computations you can use, modify and extend the tools provided by the Compute environment.
To evaluate benchmark computations you can use, modify and extend the EvalTimings Perl module.
